AQUAFLEX 100
AQUAFLEX 100 FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING
AQUAFLEX 100 FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING is a premium grade, two component flexible cementitious waterproofing. The two parts, when mixed, yield brushable, smooth slurry with excellent bond to most substrates. This product is ideal for positive side waterproofing for old and new structures.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Pour Part B (liquid) into a clean container - Slowly add Part A (powder) into the container and mix with a slow speed mechanical mixer until the mixture reaches a homogenous state. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir manually before use.
3. For horizontal and vertical surfaces, a roller or paint brush may be used to apply the slurry. Care must be taken to ensure that air is not entrapped in the membrane. Allow the membrane to dry approximately 10-15 mins prior to application of the second coat. The second must be applied crosswise. After applying the second coat of waterproofing membrane, allow a minimum curing time interval of 15 – 72 hours.
AQUAFLEX 50
AQUAFLEX 50 FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING
AQUAFLEX 50 FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING is a high technology polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane which offers the optimum flexibility, durability and adhesion to concrete.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Pour Part B (liquid) into a clean container - Slowly add Part A (powder) into the container and mix with a slow speed mechanical mixer until the mixture reaches a homogenous state. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir manually before use

PERFECT SEAL CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING
PERFECT SEAL CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING is a crystalline waterproofing formulation which ensures the total and permanent solution to water leakage or seepage in any cementitious substrate. The formation of insoluble crystals into water bearing capillaries effectively blocks the further passage of water and ensures permanent water tightness for the life of the structure.
All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
For every 25kg bag, mix 8 – 8.25 liters of water. Using a plastic container, place clean water in the container and add HYDROCRYSTALLINE. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3 – 5 minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved.
3. To prevent surface cracking, curing must begin as soon as the PERFECT SEAL CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING has reached initial set. Moist curing using continuous water spray is recommended.
4. For horizontal and vertical surfaces, a roller or paint brush may be used to apply the slurry.
5. Keep HYDROCRYSTALLINE treatments moist and by spraying surfaces with a fine mist of water three times a day for 2 – 3 days.
TOTAL SEAL
TOTAL SEAL HYBRID CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING
TOTAL SEAL HYBRID CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING is a 2-component crystalline waterproofing formulation ensures the total and permanent solution to water leakage or seepage in cementitious substrates. The liquid emulsion acts as an excellent bonding agent to ensure high adhesion strength to substrate to withstand high hydrostatic pressure.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Mix liquid part TOTAL SEAL HYBRID CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING to its powder part. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3 – 5 minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved.
3. To prevent surface cracking, curing must begin as soon as the TOTAL SEAL HYBRID CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING has reached initial set. Moist curing using continuous water spray is recommended.
4. For horizontal and vertical surfaces, a roller or paint brush may be used to apply the slurry.
5. Keep TOTAL SEAL HYBRID CAPILLIARY WATERPROOFING treatments moist and by spraying surfaces with a fine mist of water three times a day for 2 – 3 days.
UVFLEX PU
UVFLEX PU WATERPROOFING
UVFLEX PU WATERPROOFING is a cold applied, single component, PU Hybrid Membrane which offers great stability and durability. It is flexible, tough, and fast curing capable of drying in 6-8 hours depending on the number of coats and temperature. UVFLEX PU WATERPROOFING can bridge and seal hairline cracks. Its properties make it an excellent choice for achieving perfect waterproofing for exposed surfaced such as firewalls and roof decks.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Stir the product well before using. No dilution/mixing with water is required.
3. Apply UVFLEX PU WATERPROOFING onto the substrate using a roller, brush, or spray. 2-3 coats is recommended for concrete firewalls and GI roofing. 4-6 coats is recommended for concrete roof decks especially for foot trafficable roof decks.
4. Allow 2-4 hours in between each coat depending on thickness and atmospheric conditions. 2-3 coats of UVFLEX PU WATERPROOFING.

UVFLEX PU WATERPROOFING ANTI-ROOT is a cold applied, single component, PU Hybrid Membrane which offers great stability and durability. It is flexible, tough, and fast curing capable of drying in 6-8 hours depending on the number of coats and temperature. This product is specially formulated to protect the concrete structures from root damage while being eco-friendly to the surrounding plants.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Stir the product well before using. No dilution/mixing with water is required.

WONDERPLUG
WONDERPLUG
WONDERPLUG is a dry powder which needs only the addition of water to produce a rapid setting mortar for plugging purpose. It is designed to seal leaks in running water or where there is a significant hydrostatic pressure. It is ideal for patching concrete and mortars, stopping leaks and filling holes.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Mix 1-part water to 2 parts WONDERPLUG by volume. Due to rapid setting, use only the quantity which can be placed within the prescribed time.
3. Apply the mixed WONDERPLUG in place, ensuring maximum contact with the substrate before the material sets. If being used to plug a running water leak, the mixed WONDERPLUG should be held in place until it reaches initial set.
4. WONDERPLUG is fast is a rapid setting and ultra-curing compound, capable of waterproofing for even a wet substrate in seconds. Normal setting time is 60-120 secs at 30degC.

VERSASEAL
VERSASEAL ELASTIC SEALANT
VERSASEAL ELASTIC SEALANT is versatile weather resistant, water-based acrylic sealant and water proofer. It can be used as a structural sealant, hairline crack corrector, waterproofing membrane, pipe joint sealer and roof. It is elastic, ready to use weather resistant, durable solvent-free, does not crack over time and can be painted over with a water-based paint.
1. As a sealant. Clean and dry the surface before application. Remove all laitance, dust, oil, contaminants and previous coating from area of application, Scrape off flaking paint and any loose material. Apply VERSASEAL ELASTIC SEALANT on the area of application with the use of spatula. The use of plastic type funnel is also recommended. Do not dilute with water.
2. As a waterproofing membrane. For vertical and horizontal application Clean and dry the surface before application. Allow new concrete to cure for minimum of 28 days. Dilute part of VERSASEAL ELASTIC SEALANT to half part water. Mix thoroughly in separate clean container. Apply the mixture with a brush or a roller over the substrate. For roof decks, basement 3-5coats for walls, kitchen toilet and bath:2 coats.
ACRYLIC
ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING
ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING is a cold applied, single component, acrylic waterproofing. This product can can bridge and seal hairline cracks. Its properties make it an economical choice for achieving perfect waterproofing on a multitude of surfaces and substrates.
Allow the substrate to cure for minimum of 28 days. The substrates must be dry, clean and sound, free of dust and other loose particles. Stir the product well before using. No dilution/mixing with water is required.
2. Apply ACRYSEAL ACRYLIC PRIMER to concrete substrate. Primer is not needed for G.I. roofs.

3. Apply ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING onto the substrate using a roller, brush, or spray. Fiber mesh can be included on the membrane. Embed the mesh after applying the first coat. Make sure that the first coat is still wet when embedding the mesh.

ELASTOMERIC PAINT
PRIME ELASTOMERIC PAINT
PRIME ELASTOMERIC PAINT is a high performance UV resistant water based coating formulated based on 100% Acrylic Emulsion for use as waterproofing paint on walls and roofs. It possesses outstanding exterior durability and excellent elasticity and elongation properties necessary to bridge forthcoming hairline cracks without cracking or wrinkling.
Highly recommended for the waterproofing of roof deck, concrete gutters, toilet and bath, G.I. Roofing and Roof tiles and as protective coating for Polyurethane Foams.
DRYING TIME: Touch dry in 45 minutes and can be recoated after 24 hours.

FLEXSHIELD UV
FLEXSHIELD UV CLEAR
FLEXSHIELD UV is a single component paintable sealant primarily designed for sealing of small joints or cracks. It is UV resistant and has excellent durability. It has an optimum viscosity allowing the product to seep into cracks and holes to form a watertight, weatherproof seal.
To ensure the optimum adhesion, scratch the surface with sandpaper or steel wool. Make sure that the surface is clean, dry and free from grease, dirt and oil.
Gradually build the membrane by applying multiple thin coats. Allow 30 mins of dying time in between coats. The number of coats depends on the porosity of the substrate. The proper drying time in between coatings will allow for the proper absorption of the product.
3. Allow for 24 hours for the product to completely cure. Cool temperatures and high humidity will slow cure. It is not a structural component and it is not intended to bridge large voids. Overapplication may result in slumping, dripping, or unsightly appearance.

AQUAFLEX FUSION
AQUAFLEX FUSION
AQUAFLEX FUSION is an acrylic polymer designed to be mixed with Portland cement. The mixture is applied on concrete substrate to provide a flexible waterproofing membrane. This is mainly used for positive side waterproofing of toilets and bathrooms, kitchen, roof decks and firewalls.
1. All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. Mix 1L of Hydroflex Fusion with 1kg Portland Cement - Mix until a homogenous state is achieved, then allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir manually before use.
3. Apply 1 coat of the mixture to the corners of walls and floor. Then, apply at least 2 additional coatings to the concrete substate. Apply perpendicularly between coatings. If first coat’s brush stroke is up-down, 2nd coat should be left-right. This will allow brush marks to still be sealed on the second coat
4. Allow for 15mins of curing before applying the next layer if needed.
INTEGRA
INTEGRA INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING
INTEGRA INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING is a liquid type concrete admixture with a state-of-the-art plasticizing property which ensures a stable waterproofing system.
INTEGRA INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING should be added to a freshly mixed concrete with a recommended ratio of 0.8% to 1% by weight of cement. As a result of the chemical reaction of OPTICOAT INTEGRALSEAL to the cement, the curing time is expected to be 30% faster.
