SUPERFINO POWDER
SKIMCOAT SUPERFINO POWDER
Prime Coat Superfino is a thin plastering mortar formulated for interior and exterior application on concrete surfaces. This product reduces construction costs by replacing the use of a concrete neutralizer. Its impressive adhesion strength and special additives ensures the long term durability of your wall finish. No chalking, cracking or flaking!
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Place 6.8 to 7 liters of clean water in the container and add 20 kg of PRIME SKIMCOAT SUPERFINO.
3. Apply the mixture using a steel trowel and allow for 30 to 45 mins of drying before the next coating.
4. Final coating may be applied after 48 hours.
5. Light sanding may be used to manage the joint endings.
PRIME SKIMCOAT SUPERFINO comes in the following variants in gray and white shades.
1. REGULAR – for finishings requiring a high hardness scale.
2. FOREMAN’S CHOICE – offers a balanced hardness scale finish which makes it more workable, ergo, the title – FOREMAN’S CHOICE.
SUPERFINO PASTE TYPE
PRIME SUPERFINO PASTE TYPE
This skimcoat is formulated to be mixed with cement to maximum coverage for interior and exterior walls.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Mix 0.8 to 1.2 parts of cement to PRIME SUPERFINO PASTE TYPE. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with a paddle for 3-5 mins.
3. Apply the mixture using a steel trowel and allow for 30 to 45 mins of drying before the next coating.
4. Final coating may be applied after 48 hours.
5. Light sanding may be used to manage the joint endings.
SUPERFINO RTU
PRIME SUPERFINO READY TO USE ALL WEATHER
This skimcoat is a premier thin plastering mortar formulated to have a lasting water repellant property. It can significantly reduce the project cost by eliminating the need for a flat later primer
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Apply PRIME SUPERFINO READY TO USE (RTU) ALL WEATHER using a steel trowel and allow 4-20 mins of drying before the next coating depending on the ambient conditions.
3. Final coating may be applied after 48 hours.
4. Light sanding may be used to manage the joint endings.
Applying standard costs, this product can save PHP 34.000 for every 100 sqm of wall surface area.

STUCCO
STUCCO PREMIUM WALL FINISH
This is a premiere wall finishing option which combines durability and aesthetic balance.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water
2. Place 5-6 liters of clean water in the container and add 25 kg of STUCCO PREMIUM WALL FINISH and mix well.
3. Apply the mixture using a steel trowel. After 10 mins, use a finishing trowel to manage the texture.
4. A random circular motion is recommended until the target texture is achieved
POLYPATCH
POLYPATCH REPAIR MORTAR
This is a high strength, dual-shrinkage compensated polymerized mortar. This offers an impressive water tightness which will provide the maximum strength.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water
2. Mix part A and part B of POLYPATCH POLYMERIZED MORTAR and mix well.
3. Apply the mixed mortar to the prepared surface, making sure that there are no air pockets.
4. Allow 72 hrs for full curing

NATURAL SAND FINISH
NATURAL SAND FINISH
This is specially designed to capture the unique aesthetics of natural sand while giving the project an unmatched durability through its maximum bonding strength and crack bridging capability.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water
2. Mix PRIME NATURAL SAND FINISH for approximately 1 minute until uniform or homogeneous consistency is achieved using appropriate mixing paddle attached to a low-speed electric drill.
3. Apply PRIME NATURAL SAND FINISH directly onto the surface using a clean trowel.
PREMIUM PUTTY
PRIME PREMIUM PUTTY
This is is an all-purpose acrylic based, moisture resistant putty which can be used in a wide range of applications. This can be used for filling of pinholes, joints, surface patching and other non-structural repair of wood, concrete and fiber cement boards.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Apply PRIME PREMIUM PUTTY directly onto the surface using a clean trowel. The thin putty will dry in approximately 60 mins depending on ambient conditions and porosity of the substrate.
