FLOORGUARD LIQUID
FLOORGUARD LIQUID FLOOR HARDENER
FLOORGUARD LIQUID FLOOR HARDENER is a concentrated clear sodium silicate based liquid floor hardener. It can densify, harden, seal, and dustproof old and new concrete.
This product is specially designed to improve abrasion and wear resistance of concrete surfaces, making it ideal for dust proofing warehouses, car parks and industrial plants.
1. All surface must be clean, sound and free from foreign materials.
2. This product is ready to use and can be applied using a sprayer or brush. Once applied, scrub the liquid evenly over the surface to ensure maximum and even penetration.
3. After 30-40 mins, lightly spray the surface with water.
Allow 3-4 hours before the applying the second coat depending on the porosity of the substrate.

FLOORGUARD POWDER FLOOR HARDENER
FLOORGUARD POWDER FLOOR HARDENER turns ordinary concrete into heavy duty and aesthetically impressive flooring with its special mixture of cement, pigments, additives, and special minerals.
This product is specially designed to improve abrasion and chemical resistance of concrete surfaces such as production plans, warehouses and quays.
1. BROADCASTING - concrete slab is ready for broad casting when a thumb pressed hard against the surface leaves about 3 mm of depth. Broadcast the powder evenly onto the substrate
2. SMOOTHING – use a low rpm trowel to perform a preliminary smoothing followed by a high speed setting for final smoothing.
3. GLOSS FINISH – to achieve an impressive high gloss finish, apply a FLOORGUARD PU COATING
ULTRACURE CURING COMPOUND
ULTRACURE CURING COMPOUND
ULTRACURE CURING COMPOUND 85 is a polymeric emulsion, which has been formulated to act as a highly efficient curing membrane on freshly – placed concrete to ensure maximum strength development. This is ideal for runways, industrial floors, motorways and bridgeworks. It enables cement to hydrate, enabling the maximum strength development.
1. To ensure the optimum adhesion, scratch the surface with sandpaper or steel wool. Make sure that the surface is clean, dry and free from grease, dirt and oil.
2. Stir contents thoroughly before using. Spray ULTRACURE CURING COMPOUND as evenly as possible over the freshly laid concrete as soon as possible when the surface water has disappeared. When using a sprayer, the nozzle should be held approximately 500mm from the surface and passed back and forth to ensure complete coverage. The pressure on the pump must be maintained at all time to produce a fine spray. On vertical surfaces, apply immediately after the formwork has been removed.

POROSEAL
POROSEAL DEEP PENETRATING SEALER
POROSEAL DEEP PENETRATING SEALER is a two – component epoxy coating specially formulated for concrete sealer application. It is low viscous that penetrates thoroughly to concrete surface providing an effective film barrier against water and liquid intrusions.
Mix together base and curing agent components in recommended quantities. Stir thoroughly the base component prior to the addition of the curing agent. Agitate to obtain a uniform homogenous mixture. The use of power mixer is recommended for larger quantities. Do not use mixed material beyond pot life.

ZONEFORM FORM OIL
ZONEFORM FORM OIL is a low viscosity release agent which can support all types of concrete formwork. Its unique formulation allows for the quick, easy and clean stripping of concrete molds.
1. Formwork and molds, new or used, must be cleaned of surface deposits of rust, concrete, oil or other minerals. Inadequate cleaning may lead to surface blemishes due to the adhering material.
2. Apply a thin coat of ZONEFORM FORM OIL uniformly by brush or spray to obtain a continuous even film across the molding medium.
AQUASEAL 85
AQUASEAL 85
AQUASEAL 85 is a high-performance penetrating sealer used by itself to protect concrete, brick, mortar and masonry from the damaging effects of water intrusion. AQUASEAL 85 is a clear, water-based liquid that is sprayed or rolled onto horizontal or vertical surfaces. It does not affect appearance or breathability, and will not wear, fade, yellow, crack or peel.
This is ideal for any masonry surface made from concrete, brick, mortar, grout, tile, terra-cotta, plaster, stone, and limestone. It offers an excellent depth of penetration, creating a broad water repellent zone beneath the topcoat.

2. Methods of application include roller, brush or a low pressure sprayer, such as a hand-pumped garden or deck sprayer. When a brush or roller is used, repeat application until the surface remains moist for 3–4 minutes. If a low pressure sprayer is used, apply until the substrate is thoroughly saturated. On vertical applications, apply the material from the bottom up achieving a 152–203 mm (6–8 inch) rundown.

ACRYSEAL
ACRYSEAL ACRYLIC SEALER
ACRYSEAL ACRYLIC SEALER is a 100% acrylic transparent coating. It gives the concrete substrate a wet look finish and help prevent water penetration. It also protects surface from abrasion and damage due to weathering and dirt pick-up.
This product is ideal for sealing concrete substrates , bricks, natural stones and ceramics.
1. Allow the substrate to cure for minimum of 28 days. The substrates must be dry, clean and sound, free of dust and other loose particles. Stir the product well before using. No dilution/mixing with water is required.
2. Manually mix ACRYSEAL ACRYLIC SEALER or use a hand mixer, to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Apply 2-3 coats and allow 3-8 hours curing before applying the next coat. Curing time is dependent on conditions at site.
COVERAGE: 30-34 sqm per gal at 1 coat.
