FLOORGUARD PU COATING
FLOORGUARD POLYURETHANE
FLOORGUARD POLYURETHANE Is a two-component solvent-based polyurethane coating with a high gloss finish allowing for an outstanding resistance to abrasion, splash and spillage of acids, solvent, alkalis, salt and others corrosive and staining chemicals. It has an excellent color retention.
1. SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces must be dry, smooth, sound and free from dirt, dust and other foreign materials. It should be primed with a compatible primer. New concrete should be fully cured prior to application. It is ideal to clear the room or area from other activities to avoid the presence of dust/dirt.
2. PRODUCT PREPARATION Mix together base and curing agent components in recommended quantities. Stir thoroughly the base component prior to the addition of the curing agent.
3. Agitate to obtain a uniform homogenous mixture. The use of power mixer is recommended for larger quantities. Do not use mixed material beyond pot life. Caution: Mixed coating is moisture sensitive. Moisture contact may reduce pot life and affect gloss.
WOODEX
WOODEX WOOD EPOXY CLEAR
WOODEX WOOD EPOXY CLEAR is an epoxy wood filler that fills, repairs and replaces missing wood, permanently, both indoors and outdoors on both structural and decorative substrates. It is commonly used to repair windows, sills, thresholds, doors, frames, shutters, columns, posts, balusters, floors, furniture, sculptures, artwork, and more. In can be used to bond or bridge separated sections of wood.
WOODEX WOOD EPOXY CLEAR can also be used to fill and patch substrates other than wood including ceramics, stucco, concrete, and most rigid surfaces. This product is shrink-free and bonds permanently to most surfaces. It is chemical, heat, insect and weather resistant.
APPLICATION: 1:1 mixing ratio. Combine equal volumes of parts A and B until completely mixed and a uniform color is achieved.
TANKSHIELD FG
TANKSHIELD FOOD GRADE
TANKSHIELD FOOD GRADE is a 100% solids two-component epoxy coating specially formulated from high-grade resin and hardener for protection of storage tanks. It is lead-free and nontoxic when fully cured. It hardens to an abrasive-resistant coating, with high adhesive strength on properly prepared substrates such as concrete and steel. OPTICOAT ETL is water impermeable and has excellent resistance to oil, solvent, alkalis, and most dilute acid.
1. All surfaces must be smooth, sound and free from debris. Surfaces must be free from oil contamination. Concrete surfaces must be free from any trace of release oils and curing compound.
2. All surfaces should be grit blasted and the newly cleaned steel should be coated as soon as possible before the formation of rust.
3. The entire contents of the hardener should be added to the base container and mixed thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained. The mixed material should be applied.
