ZONE EIFS
ZONE EIFS BASECOAT POWDER
This is a special mixture of various admixtures and cement to provide the maximum adhesion strength for the polystyrene segments of Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS).
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Place 5 liters of clean water in the container and add 25 kg of ZONE EIFS BASECOAT POWDER and mix well. Small amounts of clean potable water may be added to obtain desired consistency.
3. Apply ZONE EIFS BASECOAT POWDER to a uniform thickness of about 2mm using a steel float.
4. Apply a second 2mm layer of ZONE EIFS BASECOAT POWDER and smooth the material with a trowel until the mesh is totally embedded.

BASECOAT POWDER FOR RENDERING
PRIME BASECOAT POWDER
This is a polymerized wall rendering material which provides the flexibility for substrates requiring a thicker layer of repair.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Place 5-6 liters of clean water in the container and add 25 kg of PRIME BASECOAT POWDER and mix well.
3. Apply the mixture using a steel trowel. After 10 mins, use a finishing trowel to manage the texture.
4. A random circular motion is recommended until the target texture is achieved.

ZONE EIFS BASECOAT LIQUID
ZONE EIFS BASECOAT LIQUID
This LIQUID is acrylic based polymer adhesive designed to provide the ultimate bonding strength for an EIFS system. This is ideal for interior and exterior insulation systems with varying mediums such as insulation boards, gypsum boards, tiles, glass and foam boards.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation.
2. Stir ZONE EIFS BASECOAT LIQUID for 3 mins. Slowly add 15kg of Portland cement to and mix slowly until a consistent mixture is achieved.
3. Apply ZONE EIFS BASECOAT LIQUID around the entire perimeter of the insulation material.
4. Apply moderate and consistent pressure to the insulation board. Allow the resulting system to cure for 72 hrs.

TEXTURA TFC
TEXTURA TEXTURED FINISH COATING
This is a durable non-cementitious coating for interior and exterior walls. This offers design flexibility through its wide range of color options. Significant project savings can be realized by using this product as this can replace the typical skimcoat, flat latex and semi-gloss latex system.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Mix TEXTURA TFC for approximately 1 minute until uniform or homogeneous consistency is achieved using appropriate mixing paddle attached to a low-speed electric drill.
3. Apply TEXTURA TFC directly onto the surface using a clean trowel. Maintain a wet edge by applying and texturing continually over the surface until an entire wall section achieved.
