MORTAPRIME RENDERING MORTAR
MORTAPRIME RENDERING MORTAR
MORTAPRIME RENDERING MORTAR is a fine rendering mortar for correction and repair of surface defects on concrete. It’s non-shrink property and excellent workability allows for its vertical application of up to 30mm thickness without the need for a formwork.
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Using a plastic container, place 6 liters of clean water in the container and add 25kg of MORTAPRIME RENDERING MORTAR
3. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3 – 5 minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved.
4. Apply mortar with a stainless-steel trowel. Thickness per layer should be from 2-10 mm per application depending on the requirement.
FIBRO FIBER REINFORCED
FIBRO FIBER REINFORCED MORTAR
FIBRO FIBER REINFORCED MORTAR is a fiber reinforced, non-shrink, cementitious repair mortar capable of repairing concrete damages, honeycombs and weakened structures. This is a high technology structural repair material which can significantly increase any structure’s Factor of Safety (FoS).
1. Ensure a proper substrate preparation. Prior to application, wet substrate well with clean water.
2. Using a plastic container, place 4.5 – 5 liters of clean water in the container and add 25kg of FIBRO FIBER REINFORCED MORTAR.
3. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3 – 5 minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved.
4. Apply mortar with a stainless-steel trowel.
MAXIMO MULTI PURPOSE
MAXIMO MULTI-PURPOSE EPOXY
MAXIMO MULTI-PURPOSE EPOXY is a solvent-free, moisture tolerant, non-sag epoxy bonding agent and repair mortar, with non-sag capability of above 18mm. It can be used for vertical, horizontal and overhead applications.
1. Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from foreign material such as oil, curing compound, chemicals, coatings, wax and other materials. Remove dust preferably using a vacuum.
2. Mix part A and part B with 1:1 ratio.
3. For thin layer adhesive, apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared surface with a spatula or steel trowel. After application, you may now press the other material on top of the adhesive. Apply pressure during curing.
ZONEPATCH ULTRA STRENGTH
ZONEPATCH ULTRASTRENGTH FAST CURING MORTAR
ZONEPATCH ULTRASTRENGTH FAST CURING MORTAR is rapid setting cementitious repair mortar suitable for heavy duty pavement/flooring corrections. The state-of-the art mix of special additives allow for the rapid setting and compressive strength gain in 2-3 hours, making it perfect for ultra fast project turn-arounds for pavements, floorings and runways.
1. Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from foreign materials.
2. Apply 2 coats of BONCRETE BONDING AGENT to the surface.
3. Measure 4.0 to 4.5 liters of water to the powder mixture.
ZONEPATCH ULTRASTRENGTH FAST CURING MORTAR can be applied up to 100 mm thickness in a single application.
