ENDLESS QUARTZ

ENDLESS QUARTZ

ENDLESS QUARTZ is a pourable, polishable, self-levelling topping of concrete. With varying aggregate options and colors including the final preparation, this presents the designers and builders with a cheaper alternative to quartz. It hardens to an abrasive resistant mortar with an impressive compressive strength and durability. It has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, alkalis and most dilute acids.

Ideal for floor topping of new and existing flooring of home, offices, facilities, Countertop finish

Applications with seamless and Self-leveling requirement

Substrate must be at least 28 days old. Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from foreign material such as oil, curing compound, chemicals, coatings, wax and other materials. Remove dust preferably using a vacuum, then thoroughly clean the substrate with water and brush. Apply 2 coats of BONDCRETE WATER BASED BONDING AGENT to the substrate.

Use a squeegee notch to spread out the mixture evenly to the substrate. After which, use a spike roller 13mm for application thickness of 10mm below and spike roller 28mm for application thickness above 10mm. Spike shoes should be worn to safeguard the integrity of the bonding agent during application.

Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3 – 5 minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved. Depending on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, the amount of water required may vary slightly but should not exceed 4.25 to 4.5 liters per 25 kg bag of Endless Quartz Always add powder to water.

After 1 day, apply a concrete densifier and allow it to further cure. After 3 days, the mortar will already reach 5,000 psi of compressive strength and therefore ready for the for the first polish. Polish with an Acrylic Disc/Resin pad. First Polish - 50, 2nd Polish – 200, 3rd Polish – 500, 4th Polish – 800, 5th Polish – 1,500 and 6th Polish – 3,000. It is recommended to apply AQUASEAL 85 which is a hydrophobic sealer to seal off the system and prevent water permeability and fungus growth A QUARTZ PUTTY is available for applications requiring the use of a diamond cup to increase the speed of polishing.

LEVERO

LEVERO SELF LEVELING MORTAR

LEVERO SELF LEVELING MORTAR is excellent for old and new floors correction, repair. This is also especially suitable as a substrate over layment before the application of coatings. It can be covered by most thin coverings like vinyl tiles and floor coatings. Application thickness is between 2 – 10 mm. Primer is recommended to seal moisture, eliminate bubble formation and enhance adhesion to concrete.

Levelling of concrete floors where fast curing is critical

Preparation for floor coverings like floor coatings vinyl tiling, floor coatings, carpet, rubber, tiling works and others

Recommended for heavy foot traffic areas

Substrate must be at least 28 days old and must be compliant with buildings regulation. Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from foreign material such as oil, curing compound, chemicals, coatings, wax and other materials. Remove dust preferably using a vacuum, then thoroughly clean the substrate with water and brush.

Using a plastic container, place 5.5 to 6L liters of clean water in the container and add 25kg of LEVERO SLM. Mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill fitted with paddle for 3 -5minutes until desired homogeneous paste is achieved. Depending on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, the amount of water required may vary slightly but should not exceed 6.0 liters per 25 kg bag of LEVERO SLM.

Apply 2 coats of BONCRETE BONDING AGENT FOR SLM. Once it is touch dry, you can now pour the mixed LEVERO SLM to the substrate. Wear a spike shoes and use a spike trowel to push mortar and even out its thickness. For wide area, creating a partition every 25m2 is highly recommended to avoid cracks from any seismic movement

7 to 7.5 sqm per 25kg bag at 2mm thickness. Coverage figures are theoretical and due to wastage factors and the nature of possible substrates, practical coverage will be reduced.
